The Oasis Townsville is excited to announce the upcoming Housing Expo, to be held on November 20, 2024, from 5 PM to 7 PM at The Oasis Townsville's Main Building. This event is tailored to current and former members of the defence force and their families, individuals eager to enter the Townsville property market, and homeowners considering renovations or new builds.

Attendees will gain valuable knowledge about the Defence Home Ownership Assistance Scheme (DHOAS), the dynamics of the Townsville property market, and expert advice on buying, building and renovation projects. The expo aims to empower participants with essential insights needed to navigate housing opportunities effectively.
