Introduction to Townsville

This page is for those members of the Veteran Community (both serving and ex-serving) who are about to make Townsville home, for at least the next posting anyway.

We have many newly arrived families come to The Oasis Townsville seeking info to fit into the local community. So we have been developing this page based on the needs this group have on the basis that it might help others.

A great place to start is here

Help us make this page better

We began this project in mid-2023 and will work on it progressively over the next few months to have it look good toward the year's end for the veterans and families posted in Jan 2024.

If you have any good websites or info that you think would be of value to those arriving next to Townsville, please email hello@theoasistownsville.org.au and let us know what we could add.

Thanks.

All veterans and their families connected with The Oasis Townsville
